Our Festive Set Menu will be served Monday – Friday at lunch and Monday – Thursday at Dinner, from 26th November, until the 20th December

Starters  

Parsnip and cumin soup, rum and date purée, pickled apple, parsnip crisps 

Pheasant and partridge terrine, cranberry compôte, sprout and chestnut salad, quince 

Woodspeen smoked salmon, spiced rye bread, crème fraiche, pickled cucumber, chicory 

Mains 

Treacle cured beef rump, horseradish mash potato, kale, bordelaise sauce  

Roasted cod, Jerusalem artichokes, pearl barley, pickled pear, chervil 

Layered root vegetable terrine, roasted sprouts, caramelised onion purée, nutmeg 

Desserts 

Spiced apple and almond Bakewell tart, brandy snap and calvados ice cream 

Chocolate and orange posset, clementine, frosted pistachios, hob nob, redcurrants 

Mulled wine poached pears, lardy cake, crystalized lemon, vanilla yoghurt, pear sorbet
