We all love to throw a sausage on the ‘barbie’ but if you want to take it to the next level, join us to learn how to prepare in advance for a barbecue. You’ll learn how to marinate your meat and make your own burgers, homemade pittas and hummus, as well as discovering inventive salads and dressings.
Course includes:
- Arrive at 9.45am for tea and coffee and course introduction
- During the morning we will be breaking down a chicken and stuffing the legs, making wet and dry marinades with pork belly, making our own ultimate burger and learning how to cook the perfect steak
- In the afternoon we will move on to make the things that support and make a barbecue; the salads and dressing, pittas and hummus.
- Summer dining on our terrace (weather permitting) to finish the session, a tasty lunch along with a glass of wine, beer or a soft drink.
