Every few weeks, Chef curates a new menu showcasing the finest, freshest seasonal ingredients. Imagine the bold flavour of Loch Duart salmon or the rich, savory notes of roasted Creedy Carver duck breast with grilled leeks and maitake mushroom – where the produce goes, we follow!
