Ready to tantalize your senses? Our exclusive Chef’s Menu is a culinary masterpiece, crafted by Executive Chef Peter Eaton. This luxurious, ultra-seasonal journey through flavor is available on Friday evenings and Saturdays only. 

Every few weeks, Chef curates a new menu showcasing the finest, freshest seasonal ingredients. Imagine the delicate flavors of lobster risotto or the rich, savory notes of slow-cooked beef fillet with oyster mushrooms – where the produce goes, we follow!
