Join us for an evening of chocolate making with a glass of wine in our cookery school. We will teach you to temper chocolate, a skill that you can use time and time again, you will make delicious enrobed chocolates filled with miso salt caramel, chocolate truffles.
All your chocolate goodies will be wrapped ready for you to take home, either for a unique and personal gift or for you to enjoy with your family.
Course includes:
5.45 pm: Arrive for welcome with a glass of wine and some nibbles
9.00pm: Session comes to a close
